6. Revisions are free, but please don’t abuse them.

6.3. If you need art for a specific day, please let me know.
6.3.1. No extra fee for speed if the deadline is at least 1-2 weeks
6.3.2. If the order deadline is less than 3 days, there’s a 50% surcharge of the order amount.
6.4. I can add a non-detailed background at my discretion.
6.5. You can’t order more than 5 works at a time. The more you order, the longer the deadline becomes.
6.6. The finished work will be sent to you by email.
6.7. If you need files prepared for printing (high quality, transparent background, certain technical specs) please let me know in advance.
6.8. I accept YamiShip orders if they’re not problematic or involve minors.
6.9. If you don’t want your commission to be published publicly, please let me know in advance.

Payment
2. Full prepayment via PayPal
2.1. The order is accepted for processing only after payment.
2.2. After payment, you will be included in the public list of orders currently in progress, where you can track the status of your order.
2.2.1. If you do not wish to be on this list, please inform me in advance.
2.3. For people who ordered more than 3-4 works, payment can be made while the order is being completed.
2.3.1. You won’t be able to get the file with your order until the work is paid for.
2.4. If payment is not possible, your order will be canceled.

Possible payment issues. Important to be aware of:3. PayPal is my only method of payment outside Ukraine. For some countries (China, Mexico, Kazakhstan, and possibly other countries in these regions), there may be payment issues due to PayPal restrictions for my country.
3.1. Ko-fi also doesn’t work
3.2. I don’t intend to use Russian services like Hipolink and Boosty, which also don’t work in my country without a VPN
3.3. I can’t issue invoices via Infouns

Refunds
4. If you need a refund for your order, let me know about it.
4.1. A refund is not possible if the order is already fully completed.
4.2. If you want to request a refund while the work is at the rendering stage, only 30% of the order amount will be refunded.
4.3. After a refund, you do not have the right to use unfinished work/sketches even for personal purposes.
4.4. In case of violating rule 1.3, I will no longer accept orders from you.

Deadline
5. No more than 1-2 months.
5.1. Depending on the number of commissions on the public list, the deadline for your order may also be extended or switched to 'no deadline' status.
5.2. The deadline may be extended due to my personal life circumstances, about which I will let you know if needed.
5.2.1. If the deadline is missed and I haven't informed you about the circumstances that could cause this, I sincerely apologize; you will get a 25% discount on your next order or a partial refund, your choice.
